The room temperature was a major issue—cold radiators and no heating in the shower room left us shivering through two nights. Even after mentioning it, nothing changed, which is pretty unacceptable.

The Raspberry room was spacious and had a cool vintage vibe. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the art deco touches around.
